No - this is not recommended for data protection reasons. Each student assessment will need to have a separate meeting created with only the student being assessed and the staff involved invited.
Can I edit the meeting time / date?
Yes, you can edit the time and date of a meeting as long as the meeting has not yet started. Editing or cancelling meetings guidance is available.
Why is the meeting not visible in my calendar?
You will only see a meeting in your Teams or Outlook calendar if you have been specifically invited to the meeting, or you are the organiser. NB organisers of open / group meetings need to select the Add event to my personal calendar option in order to see it in their calendar. Open / group meetings are visible in the meetings lists to any person on the module run so they do not need to be specifically invited to join the meeting.
Can I still access the recording from OneDrive?
If you are the creator of the meeting, the recording will remain in your OneDrive in line with UWE retention policy for Teams recordings.
Can I migrate a meeting to Panopto if I didn't set it to automatically migrate?
Yes, as long as there is a recording, you can migrate the meeting. How to manually migrate a meeting recording to Panopto guidance is available.
How can I check that the recording is in Panopto?
~There are two ways you can do this. You can either check via the Migrate Recordings option, locate the meeting and if there is a View Recording link, the recording is in Panopto (see Migration of meeting recordings to Panopto guidance). Alternatively, you can go into the course folder in Panopto and navigate to either the Private online meetings folder or the Open online meetings folder and search for the meeting.
How do students access the meeting?
Any student who has been specifically invited, will receive an email invite and will be able to join the meeting via their Teams and Outlook calendars. You can create a link to the Meetings page in your course menu - from there, students will be able to access any future meetings that they have access to. Creating a link to the Meetings list in your course menu guidance is available.
