Staff queries
The courses which you see in Blackboard are the courses that your staff record is attached to in the Student Record system, ISIS.
If you are missing courses or are attached to incorrect courses in Blackboard, please contact the appropriate School Student & Programme Support (SPS) so that they can update ISIS:
Once ISIS has been updated, this should correct your Blackboard courses following an overnight feed of data.

Student queries
Please make the School Student & Programme Support (SPS) aware that you are attached to a course which you are not studying:
Once they have updated the student record system, this should correct your Blackboard courses following an overnight feed of data.
If the course is not listed at all on the Blackboard Modules tab, please contact the School Student & Programme Support (SPS) so that they may attach you to the module in the student record system:

If you can log into myUWE but not Blackboard, it may be that your enrolment/registration is not complete and is blocking your access to Blackboard. Please contact the School Student & Programme Support (SPS) who will be able to advise you if anything is outstanding from your enrolment/registration:
