If you did not download recordings that you need to retain, please email ITOnline with details of the module and recording(s), to see if they can be retrieved.
From September 2023, Collaborate will not be available (see Summer Updates 2023). It is the responsibility of the Module Team, to ensure that the retention of any Collaborate recordings that need to be retained, happens.
We have provided the following guidance for the three different types of Collaborate recordings that you may need to retain:
- General Collaborate recordings to move to Panopto
This tool will help you move general collaborate recordings to Panopto in bulk. - Student assessment recordings made via the Collaborate Assessment tool
You can create a zip of the student assessment recordings - the zip will remain in the Blackboard Content Collection. - Student assessment recordings made via the Group Collaborate tool
You will need to download these manually and save to the Course Content Collection.
