SPS Officers can view extensions by searching for the module code. This display will show:
- all extensions created for a particular ISIS fed assignment
- which students were given access to a particular extension
- whether the student has submitted or not
- if the student submitted, whether they were on-time or late
- once marking released, the mark the student has been given
Search for module
Using the same search field that you use when searching for a student, enter the module code e.g. UMOT3K-0-0. As you type in the code, the search will start to display matching results - select the relevant module run from the list and click on Go.
ISIS Fed Assignments
A list of any ISIS fed assignments for the selected module run will be shown.
To view a list of students who had access to any extension for this work item, click on the appropriate work item link under the Original ISIS Assignment column.
To view only a list of the students who had access to a specific extension for this work item, click on the appropriate link under the Extensions Created column.
Viewing all extensions for the work item
If you selected the a link under the Original ISIS Assignment column, you will see details of any extension created for that work item including the extended due date(s) and a table showing the students.
The student table will display whether the student has submitted or not; whether their submission was on-time or late; and if marking has been released, the mark given.
Viewing only a specific extension
If you selected an extension link under the Extensions Created column, you will see details of just that extension including the extended due date and a table showing the students who had access.
The student table will display whether the student has submitted or not; whether their submission was on-time or late; and if marking has been released, the mark given.
