Searching, Sorting and Filtering

The existing session list can be sorted and filtered. Individual sessions and recordings can be searched.

Quick Steps: Sorting the sessions list

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Click the required table heading to sort
  3. Click again to sort from descending to ascending

Quick Steps: Filtering the sessions list

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Click Filter drop down arrow
  3. Click the required filter

Quick Steps: Searching for a sessions

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Enter search criteria in the search fields
    1. Name
    2. Series
    3. Start date
    4. End date
  3. Click Go

Quick Steps: Searching for sessions or recordings

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Click Search Collaborate
  3. Click Existing sessions or recordings
  4. Enter search criteria into the search field
  5. Hover the mouse pointer over the required session or recording
  6. Click the required option
