Once a session has been created it can be accessed from the Collaborate Assessments tool link page or from the student email link (if one has been sent).
When a session reaches its early entry or start time the session title will become a button. Clicking the button will allow the user to enter the session.
When a student enters the session they will be given a participant role. Teaching staff will be responsible for starting/stopping recordings and changing the role of students as required.
Note: Student will only see and be able to access sessions that they have been attached to.
Note: Academics will only see and be able to access sessions for courses that they have been attached to.

Quick Steps: Opening/Entering a session as an academic
- Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
- Click the session button
