Editing a Sessions Details (dates/times, settings, recording availability, participants)

Once a Collaborate Assessments session has been setup it is possible to edit the participants, change settings and change the date and time of the session.

Note: Changing the session settings includes allowing students to watch and download their recordings

Quick steps: To Add Participants

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
  3. Click the drop down arrow
  4. Click Add Participants
  5. Tick the participant(s) to be added
  6. Click Add Participants
  7. Click OK

Quick steps: To View Participants attached to a Session

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
  3. Click the drop down arrow
  4. Click View Participants

Quick steps: To Remove a Participant attached to a Session

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
  3. Click the drop down arrow
  4. Click View Participants
  5. Tick the student(s) to be removed
  6. Click Remove Participants

Quick steps: To Change Session Dates/Times and Settings – including Recording Availability and Download

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
  3. Click the drop down arrow
  4. Click Edit session
  5. Amend the details as required
  6. Click Save
