Once a Collaborate Assessments session has been created and participants are attached it is possible to email the participants the details of the session and also a link to join the session at the specified time.
Note: It is only possible to email students via their UWE email addresses.
How do students access a session - provided by the Faculty of Environment and Technology LIU
Quick steps: To Email Participants
- Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
- Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
- Click the drop down arrow
- Click Email Participants
Note: By default all participants attached to the session will be selected to be emailed - If required adjust the students selected to be emailed
- If required change the email subject
- If required edit the email message text
- If required tick for a receipt to be emailed to you as the sender
- Click Submit
An email will be sent to the UWE account of the selected users
