Emailing Participants

Once a Collaborate Assessments session has been created and participants are attached it is possible to email the participants the details of the session and also a link to join the session at the specified time.

Note: It is only possible to email students via their UWE email addresses.

How do students access a session - provided by the Faculty of Environment and Technology LIU

Quick steps: To Email Participants

  1. Navigate to the Collaborate Assessments Tool within the Control Panel
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the title of the required session
  3. Click the drop down arrow
  4. Click Email Participants

    Note: By default all participants attached to the session will be selected to be emailed
  5. If required adjust the students selected to be emailed
  6. If required change the email subject
  7. If required edit the email message text
  8. If required tick for a receipt to be emailed to you as the sender
  9. Click Submit

    An email will be sent to the UWE account of the selected users
