  3. 18th April 2005. Phase 1 of the pilot of student-facing myUWE launched to 750+ undergraduate students at the Faculty of Health and Social Care.
  4. 14th July 2005. Phase 2 of the pilot of student-facing myUWE launched to 567 returning undergraduate students at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, allowing them to complete all but the financial aspects of re-enrolment online. Other changes to pilot functionality were introduced at this time.
  5. 14th September 2005. Staff-facing myUWE launched to the Bristol Business School (providing access to student photosets). These modules are supported.
  6. 19th October 2005. Release of student-facing myUWE to all undergraduate students at the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
  7. 16th December 2005. Announcements channel added to both staff and student portals. Student-facing myUWE released to all undergraduate students in Bristol Business School (total users of myUWE now approaches 5,000).
  8. 20th December 2005. Bookmarks channel added to both staff and student portals.
  9. 28th April 2006. Faculty of Applied Sciences postgraduate students join the pilot.
  10. 1st May 2006. Online Coursework Submission launched as a pilot for a small number of Faculty of Applied Sciences postgraduate students. Pilot closed in June.
  11. 12th July 2006. Academic Record channel, News channel and Online Re-enrolment phase 2 (financial transactions) added to the pilot in the biggest single upgrade since the pilot began.
  12. 17th July 2006. Portal makeover (a new-look portal).
  13. 3rd November 2006. Online coursework submission upgrades.
  14. 28th November 2006. Faculty of Education postgraduate students join the pilot, plus some staff for posting announcements.
  15. 29th November 2006. Faculty of Education undergraduate students join the pilot.
  16. 1st December 2006. Art Media and Design students studying on BA(Hons) Photography and BA(Hons) Media Practice join the pilot.
  17. 1st December 2006. Faculty of Art Media and Design students studying BA(Hons) Photography and BA(Hons) Media Practice join the pilot.
  18. 4th December 2006. Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences students studying BA(Hons) Business Information Systems, BA(Hons) Information Systems Analysis, BSc(Hons) Computer Science, BSc(Hons) Computing and Information Systems, and BSc(Hons) Information Technology join the pilot.
  19. 5th December 2006. Faculty of the Built Environment students studying BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, MSc Urban and Rural Generation, and MSc Transport Planning join the pilot.
  20. 6th December 2006. Faculty of Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences postgraduate students, and students studying BA(Hons) English join the pilot.
  21. 8th December 2006. Faculty of Law students studying Graduate Diploma in Law, and the postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
  22. As of 8th December, over 9,500 staff and students have access to the portal pilot.
  23. 1st - 20th February 2007. Portal released to all staff and students in tranches. Access Schedule.
  24. 20th February - 30th April 2007. Stabilisation, upgrade to uPortal 2.5.
  25. 18th July 2007. Online registration released for existing and new home and EU undergraduate students on full-time and sandwich courses.
  26. 9th August 2007. First new student registered online.
  27. 4th September 2007. Staff Timetables made available.
  28. 28th September 2007. Hartpury students gain access to the portal.
  29. 8th October 2007. Livemail available through myUWE.
  30. 5th November 2007. Access to Blackboard for UWE staff and students will now be via myUWE
  31. 20th March 2008. Phase 2 of Academic Record development completed, allowing students to access Notification of Credit and Assessment Marks.

  43. 22nd September 2009. Student Status letters pilot launched to Bristol Business School.
  44. 22nd September 2009. Payments and Fees pilot launched to Bristol Law School.
  45. 13th October 2009. Student Status Letters released to all students.
  46. 13th October 2009. Graduate Development Programme outcomes released to undergraduate students who are participating in GDP.
