myUWE Management Group
The myUWE Management Group (MMG) supersedes the Portal Management Group and held its inaugural meeting in September 2007. The group is responsible for managing the continuing development of the Portal across the University and overseeing the prioritisation of emerging new requirements.

Terms of Reference
- To manage, within the agreed policy framework, the continuing development of the Portal across the University and, as necessary from time to time, to develop further the policy framework through which the Portal is managed.
- To advise the Information Systems Co-ordination Group (ISCG) about changes to the policy framework.
- To refer to the ISCG for approval, or receive for consideration from the ISCG, new Portal requirements of a strategic nature.
- As appropriate, to advise the ISCG on the feasibility, cost and risk of implementing these requirements.
- To oversee the prioritisation, within the resource available, of the requirements emerging from the consultative process.
- To bring any emerging risk and resource issues relating to the Portal to the attention of the ISCG.
- To report to the ISCG as required.

Portal Project Board
The project board oversaw the myUWE project.
