Search for Student
Search for the student by entering their student number.
Current Module Enrolments
A list of current available module run enrolments for the student will be shown. Click on the relevant module run.
Current ISIS Fed Assignments
A list of any ISIS fed assignments for the selected module run will be shown as long as they fall into the criteria below:
- ISIS work items that are of type Full BB Assignment and NOT ticked as Group submission
- ISIS fed assignments which have a future due date or a due date in the last 30 days, and
- ISIS fed assignments which have the availability set to Yes
Click on the Create Extension drop down to the right of the relevant assignment and select the appropriate extension.
Student already has an extension
A student can only be added to one extension per ISIS fed assignment. If the student has already had an extension set up for an ISIS work item, there will be no drop down under the Extensions column, and in the Extended Until column you will see their extended due date. If you wish to see more about that extension, please search on the module code and view the ISIS assignment and any extensions set up from there.
The following types of Blackboard assignments are not included in the extension process and therefore will not be listed:
- Full BB Assignment work items which have a submission type of Group
- ISIS fed grade column mappings
- Blackboard assignments which have been created manually by the module instructors
