External Examiners will have permission to attend sessions and watch recordings as long as they are attached to the module run in Blackboard.
Accessing sessions
External Examiners can access the session’s page via the tool link in the control Panel
Attending sessions
Once a session has been created External Examiners can join this session from the Session page, by clicking the session button.
Note: Externals will only be able to see and access sessions for courses that they have been attached to in Blackboard.
Viewing Recordings
Any recordings made for a session can be viewed via the session drop down menu. These recordings will be available to staff enrolled on the module and External Examiners attached to the module.
