Create a Go to Teams link in your course

The Teams integration does not currently create a 'Go to Teams' link in Ultra courses. If you want there to be a link to the Teams class in your course, you will need to create it manually as follows:

  1. From within the Teams class, click on the three dots to the right of the class name and select Copy Link.
  2. In your Blackboard course, hover where you want the link to appear (the recommendation would be at the very top of your content) and click on the purple plus symbol. Then select Create.
  3. From the right hand ‘Create Item’ list, select Link.
  4. Set to be ‘Visible to students’ and give it a display name of Go to Teams.
  5. Paste the link copied in step 1 into the Link URL field.
  6. ‘Open in a new window’ should be ticked.
  7. Select Save and your link will appear in the content.
