IMPORTANT: This is a historical document and relates to the release of the portal to students and staff in UWE (and was completed on Tuesday 20th February 2007).
People who were in the pilot
All students and staff included in the myUWE portal pilot will have continued access to the portal. This includes over 9,500 people, and you will have received one or more e-mails advising you if you were in the pilot.
People not in the pilot
If you have not been part of the portal pilot, you will gain access during the month of February 2007.
Because each new person signing into the portal for the first time creates a new profile, which represents a relatively heavy overhead for the system if concentrated on one day, we will be phasing the introduction of students and staff not in the pilot over that month.
Students and staff not included in the myUWE portal pilot will gain access according to their surname, ordered alphabetically, from 1 - 20 February.
