Teaching Timetable subtab
Timetable data incorrect or missing
The Teaching Timetable subtab displays data fed through from the Timetable system.
If you have no timetable, you will see the message “Your timetable is not available”. Please visit the Timetable Self Help Website for guidance on what to do.
If your timetable is displaying but it contains incorrect information, please visit the Timetable Self Help website for further guidance.
Format of the timetable
There are two different views that the information can be displayed in (you may want to experiment with both to see which view suits you best). The choices are:
Grid
The Grid view displays a table with the days running down the sides (from top to bottom) and the times of the day running along the top.
Each grey box represents a different activity being taught. Each box shows: the Activity code, the Room number, and the Week numbers that the activity is taking place.
Please note: You may need to use the horizontal scroll bar to view all of your timetable.
List separate days
The List separate days view displays the information as a vertical list with the days running downwards. Under each day is a table showing: the Activity code, the Module code, the Start time, the End time, the activity Duration, the Room number, and the Week numbers that the activity is taking place.

Hints on printing timetables
The timetable should print successfully for the majority of users, however it very much depends on individual PC and browser settings. If your results do not print successfully, i.e. columns have dropped off the page, try the following:
- Change the page orientation
Select ‘File’, then ‘Page setup’ on your browser and change the orientation to ‘landscape’ - Reduce the margins
Select ‘File’, then ‘Page setup’ on your browser and reduce the left and right margins to zero - Change the zoom options
Select ‘File’, then ‘Print Preview’ on your browser and change the ‘Zoom’ from ‘Shrink to Fit’ to a percentage eg. 60%
