    This interactive and free session looks at negative automatic thoughts and how to understand and challenge them.

    Venue: The Students' Union Meeting Room 1, Frenchay Campus

    This free interactive session helps students to better deal with stress and learn ways of using it positively. We do activities on topics like, what stresses people out, how stress manifests in us, how we each deal with stressful times, breathing/meditation techniques, gratitude etc.
