The first half of this session will help you explore potential routes to funding (large and small), and discover what makes a viable and successful fellowship bid. The second half will provide an introduction to the peer review process of funding bids, delivering insights on why some bids fail and others succeed. You'll learn how to write to funder requirements, situate bids in the wider context and make your bids stand out.

Aimed at UWE Bristol PGRS in the middle to late stages of their research and also post-doctoral researchers. This workshop is part of Invest In Yourself, UWE Bristol's specially designed programme of professional and personal development activities for researchers at all stages of their research career. Joining instructions will be sent to participants nearer the time.
