PAL Resilient U: Managing mental health and wellbeing

This interactive workshop is facilitated by a student PAL Leader and focuses on improving your mental health and wellbeing through managing stress and re-framing negative thoughts.

With your peers, you will try out new strategies and tools to help you apply these new skills, and will be shown how to access additional support if required. As part of Feel Good February, this session will include even more opportunities for friendly and supportive discussions.

We strongly recommend you install the Microsoft Teams app before joining meetings for the best experience. You can join meetings from a web browser, but you may find some features are not available.

Once you have booked your place on the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the session in MS Teams.
