You'll be able to experience yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control practices), meditation and relaxation techniques to alleviate stress, balance the nervous system or just feel good. These classes are suitable for people who are new, fairly new to yoga, returning after a break, or just prefer to work at a gentler pace.

The class is breath focused, slow-paced and a gentle introduction to warm ups, basic yoga postures and stretching exercises. We are working with classical asanas (postures) on foundation and flexibility, and also including breathing and relaxation techniques.

During practice we hold our poses longer to effectively massage the glandular and nervous systems. This would ensure a more balanced secretion of hormones, thus building stronger anti-bodies for a healthier internal system, while proper breathing helps in attaining a peaceful state of mind.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. I really hope these sessions will help you to bring yourself alive, relax into the present and feel inspired to create what is truly important to you. This is a journey of self-exploration that we're inviting you to join.

Beginners are most welcome. Please email to book a place.
