This workshop is suitable for all subjects and all levels of study.

Identify key reasons why citation and referencing are essential academic skills, discover how and why we paraphrase and explore the 'best fit' approach to referencing.

Objectives:

  • following citing and referencing rules to acknowledge your sources and avoid plagiarism
  • applying the best fit approach to different types of information
  • identifying effective paraphrasing.

Attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which contributes towards your record of extra-curricular achievements.
