To get active and try something new, why not attend a free session at the Centre for Sport? There are loads of sessions to choose from, such as TaiChi, Hula Hoop, Pilates, and Table Tennis.

Members can book through the UWE Sport app or online, non-members can book through reception 011732 86200.

  • Circuits – Mondays, 17:30-18:25
  • H.I.I.T – Mondays, 19:45-20:30
  • Learn2lift – Tuesdays, 20:35-21:35
  • Spin – Wednesdays, 07:30-08:15
  • Kettlebells – Thursdays, 07:30-08:15.
