Talking to a statistician is like wrestling with a pig; after half an hour you realise the pig is enjoying it.
This one-day course builds on the course QRM: The Overview and is a one-day hands-on experience of putting into practice a host of the most commonly used statistical techniques (chi-square, nonparametric and parametric t-tests and correlations, before proceeding to regression and missing data analysis). Have a good night's sleep before attending.

Learning outcomes:

  • How to apply commonly used statistical tests
  • How to communicate the results of commonly used statistical tests
  • How to use multiple imputation

Aimed at UWE Postgraduate Researchers.

Please be aware that due to the limited places available, a waiting list will operate should the course become oversubscribed.
