Struggling to manage study, work and life? Multiple deadlines approaching?

An essential skills session designed to help you identify and understand stress. Includes practical tools and techniques for improved stress management. Sign up for this fantastic masterclass followed by an opportunity for a one-to-one coaching session.

Expect some information sharing and small group discussion-based workshop.
