Description

This session will explain why you need to be formal in your academic writing and how to do this. You will learn to identify the differences between formal and informal language and have the opportunity to practise writing formally.

This workshop is a part of the Communication Skills for International Students (CSIS) programme. It is aimed at speakers of English as a second language.
