Description

This workshop helps you to avoid some of the most common grammatical errors made when writing. After a brief explanation of the errors, an exercise will help you to practise your understanding.

This workshop is a part of the Communication Skills for International Students (CSIS) programme. It is aimed at speakers of English as a second language.

Objectives

  • To become familiar with the most common linguistic errors encountered in student writing at UWE Bristol
  • To be able to identify errors and correct sentences containing the most common errors.
