Saving your feedback

Different marking teams will provide feedback in different ways. Below are steps to help you save PDF, Microsoft Office, audio and video feedback files.

PDF files or Microsoft Office documents

  1. Click on the feedback file link e.g. Feedback_0123123.docx on your Coursework tab.
  2. You will receive a prompt from your web browser asking if you want to open or save the file.
  3. If available select the Save As option so that you can choose where on your computer it is saved.
  4. If only Save is an option, select this. The file will save to whatever location you have set as the default for your web browser - for example, this might be your Downloads area.

  1. Click on the View Feedback Summary link on your Coursework tab.
  2. A Feedback Summary pop-up will appear with a thumbnail of the video and possibly some further details.
