Lost! Shipwrecked. And on Prospero's island strange things are happening.... Students from the Centre for Performing Arts at the University of the West of England are offering three performances of Shakespeare's classic The Tempest, adapted by Geni Hall-Kenny. In this one-act version we watch a cast of colourful characters as they try to chart their way through a maze of confusion and magic; while words, music and visual storytelling bring the story vividly to life.
For tickets and further information call the Centre for Performing Arts at UWE on O117 32 82067. Tickets are £8.00, £5.00 concessions (special ticket price for schools £5.00).
