Over the weekend of the 4 and 5 June UWE Bristol's final year Fashion students will be hosting a dramatic Fashion event at Bristol's leading contemporary art venue, the Arnolfini. The event will showcase the very best of this year's Fashion, Textile and Fashion Communication students, whose work explores a diversity of ideas and perspectives on the world of fashion.

On Saturday 4 June at 2pm and 7pm there will be catwalk presentations in the Arnolfini's Auditorium. Drawing on the style of 19th Century Salon presentations, the shows will combine energy and intrigue with a unique glimpse behind the scenes.

As well as ticketed seating in the Arnolfini, the choreographed show will be broadcast live to the big screen in Bristol's Millennium Square where seating will be provided for viewers. Making the most of fashions emerging digital immediacy, the show will also be live streamed via UWE Fashion's YouTube channel.

On Sunday 5 June a series of short fashion films and fashion photography will be screened in the Arnolfini Auditorium between 11am and 4pm.

UWE Fashion is one of only 11 Fashion courses in the UK to have been awarded the Creative Skillset Tick.
