ISHE deliver climate change and resource security training for Bristol City Council

Dr Tim Chatterton, Dr Sarah Hills and Tom Chambers delivered a day of climate change and resource security training for managers across key departments of Bristol City Council. The day was structured around a three-fold challenge: developing a carbon descent programme; adapting to climate change; and addressing resource security issues.

A mix of theory and exercises provided participants with an overview of key steps required to equip the council, and city, to deal with these pressing 21st century issues. The training materials are to be made available in an online format accessible by all local authorities.
