    Based on guidance from the Digital Curation Centre (www.dcc.ac.uk), this introductory session will look at some of the practical activities that relate to data management, preservation, and potential sharing and re-use. It will give an overview of a range of issues from data management planning, describing data, deciding what data to keep, to finding a suitable long term home for your data.
