    The Child Health Research seminars have been designed to enable students and child health researchers to come together and hear about the wide range of research going on at UWE Bristol to improve the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families.

  • Social Science Research Group - research, partnership working and knowledge exchange event

    This event will showcase the collaborative research partnerships that Social Science academics from UWE Bristol have been involved in. It will be a mix of presentations, research posters, and opportunities to network and collaborate with external partners.

  • Health: The Design, Planning and Politics of How and Where We Live Conference

    Date: 25 January - 26 January 2018
    Venue: UWE Bristol

    Organised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) Collaborating Centre and the Department of Architecture, UWE Bristol, with Architecture Media Politics Society (AMPS). In collaboration with the Public Health Film Society.

    This conference reflects a broad set of interrelated concerns about health and the places we inhabit. It seeks to better understand the interconnectedness and potential solutions to the problems associated with health and the built environment.
