As well as a quieter space to take a break, we will have free fruit, the usual tea and coffee (plus herbal teas!), relaxing music and quick activities to give you a rest from study. We've also got hints and tips to help with stress and revision.

Run in partnership with the Marine Conservation Society, the UWE Big Beach Clean is a great chance to spend the day at the seaside, fill your lungs with fresh air and make a difference by helping to clear the beach at Sand Bay of litter.

Sense are a national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind. Volunteering with Sense is a great way to meet people, try new challenges, explore new ways of communicating and visit new places, all while experiencing a huge sense of achievement. We are looking for volunteers to help with our Cotswold Commons and Beechwoods National Nature Reserve BioBlitz, an event bringing together naturalists, students, school children and members of the public to try and find as many species of wildlife as possible within 28 hours. It will take place in Cranham on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 July 2013. This opportunity is open to students and staff.
