Description

What is the most common sound in English and why don't you understand what people are saying sometimes? Come along to this interactive, fun class to improve your communication skills.

This workshop is a part of the Communication Skills for International Students (CSIS) programme. It is aimed at speakers of English as a second language.

Objectives:

  • To identify the most common sound in English and when it is used
  • To practise using weak and strong forms
  • To identify and practise assimilation.
