Studying for a doctorate is a hugely rewarding experience due to the intellectual journey that you embark upon. This same journey is often an emotional one with many ups and downs. Therefore it is important to look after your health, both physically and mentally, during your doctorate.

This session will equip you with some useful techniques such as mindfulness, resilience, and relaxation to help you cope with any difficulties that arise. It is a confidential space where you have an opportunity share all your ups and downs with facilitators and receive support from both tutors and other PGRs who join the sessions.
