This event has speakers talking about various aspects of death, dying and preparing for end of life.

These various aspects include:

  • a 'soul midwife'
  • transplant coordinators
  • a funeral celebrant
  • a service user living with a life-limiting condition, and local organisations which offer support for those affected by a life-limiting diagnosis.

There will be an opportunity for discussion and refreshments during the event.
