Personal resilience is the capacity to maintain wellbeing and performance at work under pressure, including the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adversity.
This practical and interactive course will be delivered by Jacqui Reich who is a Personal Development Trainer at UWE Bristol with a wealth of career coaching in academia and industry with an international outlook, in Australia and the UK.
In this workshop you will explore and develop key concepts, interventions and actions which will assist doctoral researchers with boosting their resilience skills to enable them to better meet and overcome challenges in their doctoral and personal journeys.
Having completed the course you will have an understanding of the personal characteristics and build your resilience toolkit.
