Personal resilience is the capacity to maintain wellbeing and performance at work under pressure, including the ability to bounce back from setbacks and adversity. This practical and interactive course will be delivered by Jacqui Reich who is a Personal Development Trainer at UWE Bristol with a wealth of career coaching in academia and industry with an international outlook, in Australia and the UK.

About this workshop

In this workshop you will explore and develop key concepts, interventions and actions which will assist you with boosting your resilience skills to enable you to better meet and overcome challenges in your doctoral and personal journeys. Having completed the course you will have an understanding of the personal characteristics and build your resilience toolkit.

This event is aimed at postgraduate researchers.
