This workshop will help you to incorporate the work of several authors into your own written work. We will show you how to organise information, synthesise different sources and summarise your ideas.

This workshop will help you to incorporate the work of several authors into your own written work. We will show you how to organise information, synthesise different sources and summarise your ideas.

Objectives:

  • Organise notes according to themes by recognising the relationship between different pieces of research.
  • Understand what synthesis is, why it is important and how to use multiple sources in paragraphs.
  • Understand what transferable skills this session will teach you for use in your future employment.

Attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which contributes towards the UWE Futures Award.
