March's Feel Good Focus is all about improving sleeping patterns and sleep quality.
Sleep is vitally important to your mental and physical health. Sleep deprivation will negatively impact your academic performance and has been linked to an increased risk of several chronic diseases. The NHS recommends that most adults need around 8 hours of sleep a day.
It's hard to change our habits. That is why it is important to create good habits now! "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit"-Aristotle. Change yourself for the better today, in order to create a happier and healthier future.
