Wellbeing Services are piloting a series of drop-in sessions on Frenchay campus from Thursday 2 February to Thursday 16 March, which you may find helpful if you want to talk to someone in person about non-urgent issues.
Come along if you want a member of our team to give you advice about the services we offer or help to select self-help resources that you can take away.
· Last 10 to 15 minutes each.
· Take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 - 12:30.
· Are only available on Frenchay campus.
· Don't require an appointment.
Drop-in sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To chat with one of our team just come to the Wellbeing Service reception at 3F, Frenchay Campus and fill in a short form.
Please note that drop-in sessions are not suitable for crisis situations due to the short time frame. If there is an emergency you should call 999.
