Agencies and clients: co-creating effective marketing communications:

Professor Tim Hughes, Professor of Applied Marketing, Faculty of Business and Law, UWE Bristol

The digital revolution has meant that every organisation now has to consider how to effectively communicate with their customers and stakeholders and often this means working with a marketing agency.
Tim Hughes and Mario Vafeas have been researching the way agencies and clients work together for the last 3 years and also running practitioner workshops on how to do it better.
This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore how to get the most out of this co-creative relationship between agencies and clients. It will include the latest findings from their research on "What clients want from agencies".
