Dr Gareth Edwards, Associate Professor of Leadership Development, Faculty of Business and Law, UWE Bristol
This workshop will explore experiences of 'collaboratory' and how this may be beneficial to the practice of leadership development. A collaboratory is a mechanism for bringing multi-stakeholders together to solve social and scientific problems and The Bristol Leadership and Change Centre are currently involved in a collaboratory which explores leadership development evaluation. We will therefore introduce the workshop with some reflections from our research into this area and then invite participants to experience a collaborative session on the subject of leadership learning and development.
