Whilst there can be a huge benefit, partnership working is not without its challenges. This course will provide you with the main tools and practical approach needed for successful partnership working.

This Successful Partnership Working course is designed for individuals who work with others outside of their immediate team and are required to build strong relationships to increase work productivity and efficiency.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this open course, however participants will be expected to be prepared to learn through working on real organisational and management issues.

Careers / Further study

This open course (with assessment) contributes towards are ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
