This concise three day course will focus on how to develop yourself as a manager, getting the most out of your team through motivation and solving problems for decision making.

Who is it for?

Our First Line Manager Training Course is suitable for individuals either new to management, or if you are in a supervisor, junior or first-line manager position looking to gain formal recognition of your skills and ability, while developing new key skills.
