BME perspectives on the Criminal Justice System

For Black History month the Faculty of Business and Law are hosting an evening of discussion, film and networking centered on the criminal justice system.

The guest speakers film maker Michael Jenkins and solicitor Rodney Wilson will be exploring the relationship between the criminal justice system and the BME community. This will be followed by a showing of Injustice, a documentary about the pursuit for justice of the families of those who have died in police custody.

17:30 - 3C03 registration tea/coffee

18:00 - Black perspectives on the Criminal Justice System talk, with guest speakers, documentary film maker Micheal Jenkins and solicitor Rodney Wilson, followed by a QA session

19:00 - 3C01 screening of Injustice

Refreshments are provided. This is a free but ticketed event open to all, so please register via Event Brite.
