University life can be an exciting time, with student life opening many positive experiences for us, however adapting to the changes and coping with the work load can add stress to students.
Mental health difficulties are extremely common; one in four of us consult a GP in any year with mental health related difficulties, and one in three people experience panic attacks at some point in their lives. Five simple steps incorportated into daily living can improve mental health and contribute to a more productive and fulfilling life.
