The class will weave together physical posture work, breath and awareness to create and develop a sense of spaciousness and well being.
No previous yoga experience needed. Please wear loose clothing and do not eat 2 hours before the class. Yoga mats will be provided.
Karen is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practising yoga and meditation for 14 years.
