The class will weave together physical posture work, breath and awareness to create and develop a sense of spaciousness, well being and connection.
No previous yoga experience needed.
Please wear loose clothing and do not eat 2 hours before the class. Yoga mats will be provided.
Karen is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practising yoga and meditation for 14 years.

Priority will be given to people who can attend on consecutive weeks.
